Meet Dr. Thabes


Dr. Lynda Thabes
Dr. Lynda Thabes is from Leeds, Alabama and attended Auburn University for undergraduate training as well as vet school, which was completed in 1989. She lived and worked in Nashville, Tennessee from 1989 - 1995, when she moved to Tallahassee. She is member of the FVMA, the BBVMA and the American Association of Feline Practitioners. She attends the Co-Cathedral of St. Thomas More and is involved in several organizations, including the Down Syndrome Association of Tallahassee, the District Advisory Council for Exceptional Student Education as well as other local disability awareness and advocacy committees. She shares a home with her husband, 4 children, 5 cats, 1 dog and a rabbit. She is an avid college football fan and also enjoys music, needlework, and sports and has earned a black belt in Taekwondo.
